Nuts are a great snack for protein. Raisin are good snacks that are high in fiber and iron.

Eating a balanced diet with healthy snacks gives you energy. Snaking is good for you as it keeps you from getting hungry and energy level stabilize. Remember not to over indulge and keep the portion size snacks about 100-200 calories each.
